Jacquie Comrie’s interactive mural will be on display throughout the summer at CF Shops at Don Mills. Cadillac Fairview recently launched the Capture the Moment public art campaign in partnership with seven pan-Canadian artists across the country. Jacquie Comrie’s mural is part of the new initiative and aims to leverage color to address social impact, mental health, and human emotion.
Comrie is a multidisciplinary artist whose goal is to remind the Toronto importance to remain mindful and take moments to oneself. Canadians will find other bright and engaging murals featuring mirrors and reflective surfaces at six other Cadillac Fairview properties. Overall, the Capture the Moment initiative encourages Canadians to express self-love and positivity with help from local artists.
