How do the shots taste?: According to coffee expert James Hoffmann–he’s the author of The World Atlas of Coffeethe shots have a texture that is “very enjoyable.” The texture is “silky, buttery and soft.” That verdict is sandwiched in the middle of a 20-minute review of the machine, which you can watch above.
