Fitness coach reveals the 3 foods she eats every day

Women’s weight loss coach Jenna Rizzo is revealing the three types of foods she always keeps stocked in her Georgia home — batch-cooked proteins, fermented fare, and fruits.

“One thing about me is I like to eat, so having these foods on deck keeps me satiated throughout the day, and [they are] also keeping me in pretty good shape,” Rizzo shared in a March TikTok that has enticed more than 14,000 views.

Her daily diet is anchored with proteins such as chicken thighs, steak, and shrimp, which she prepares in large batches every few days.

The Recommended Dietary Allowance is 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight — or 0.36 grams per pound. For a 150-pound person, that’s 54 grams of protein daily.

“Having this stuff ready on deck, I can just mix and match meals with whatever I have in my fridge or my pantry, whether that be rice, pasta, salad stuff,” she explained. “This works way better for my lifestyle than meal-prepping because I don’t know about you guys, but I do not like to eat the same exact thing every day.”

Next up are fermented foods — like yogurt, sauerkraut, kimchi, and kombucha — which often contain probiotics that have been shown to improve immune function, promote gut health, and aid digestion.

“Fermented foods are going to help with bloating way more than any type of greens drink ever will,” Rizzo claimed. “[Probiotics] are such a powerhouse to literally every function in the body, the main ones being, being very good for our hormones and helping with our digestive system.”

And finally, Rizzo keeps “stacks of fruit on deck,” such as blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, mangoes, bananas, and apples.

The American Heart Association recommends eating 4½ cups of fruit every day.

“This is nature’s candy right here, and I’ll admit I work from home so I fall victim to that mindless snacking from time to time,” Rizzo confessed. “So when I want something sweet, I’ll reach for that, and I’ll keep that bag of Sour Patch Kids tucked away until I really need it — cough cough that time of the month.”

Rizzo’s 90-second video landed some praise from commenters.

“I just stumbled across your tiktok but honestly you’re probably the first fitness person [whose] tips I’ve seen that actually sound like even remotely doable on a consistent basis,” one TikToker commended.

“Yes. Do not like same food everyday,” another agreed.
