Career-Supporting Neurodiversity Initiatives



The Neurodiversity at Deloitte program is an initiative that aims to recruit, retain and nurture neurodivergent workers, such as those on the autism spectrum, who bring different and valuable ways of thinking and problem-solving to the organization. The program consists of a three-month apprenticeship with an opportunity for full-time employment upon successful completion of the apprenticeship. The program is part of Deloitte’s global neurodiversity inclusion strategy, which focuses on enabling success for its workers through their entire career.

By embracing neurodiversity, Deloitte not only demonstrates its commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I), but also gains a competitive edge from increased diversity in skills, ways of thinking, and approaches to problem-solving.
